LUMORA manages the export process and freight, so you deal with one team.

To the port stated in your written offer (base: CIF). Delivery beyond the port can be quoted separately.

Only lots the grower has confirmed. If nothing fits, we say so.
Cup a sample
Send us your delivery address, we quote the DHL Express cost to your location, and we ship once you confirm.
Reserve and receive
Price, Incoterm, payment and delivery are written in the offer. LUMORA coordinates export and freight.

Price
USD per kg, base CIF at the destination port. Import duties, VAT and local transport at destination are not included.
Samples
The coffee is free. DHL Express shipping is paid by the buyer, quoted for your address before we ship.
Payment
A deposit reserves the order; the balance follows the terms in the written offer.
Quality
A sealed reference sample is kept for each lot. Claims are handled as written in the offer.

What is the minimum order?
It depends on the lot. Tell us your usual volume in the form and we confirm what is possible.
Which delivery terms and payment do you offer?
Each written offer states the price, the Incoterm, what LUMORA covers and how payment works. We do not quote terms before confirming the lot.
Which documents come with a lot?
The list depends on the lot and your destination. We confirm it in the offer and do not claim a document we cannot provide.
What about EUDR and traceability?
We do not claim EUDR compliance without verified data for the specific lot. Tell us your requirements and we will say what we can provide.
Who pays for sample shipping?
The buyer pays the DHL Express cost. Once we have your delivery address we quote the shipping for your location and ship after you confirm. Sample size and availability are confirmed per lot.
Do you also sell roasted coffee wholesale?
Yes, as a separate enquiry. Choose it in the form and we will qualify it separately.
