We don't invent coffee.
We invent the way to dignify it.
A year connecting Salvadoran coffee with the people who value it: growers with names, and buyers with clear information.
The best coffee in El Salvador used to leave without a name. A year ago we started to change that.
This story has a face: Mateo Hernández, known in Santa Ana as Don Teo. He no longer grows coffee, but everything LUMORA believes in, he lived first: that origin matters, that roots matter, and that staying on the land is worth it.
For decades, the best beans in the country ended up in nameless bags, sold as a commodity. Mauricio saw it up close in people like Don Teo, and decided not to let it pass.
LUMORA began with a question: what if Salvadoran coffee stopped being anonymous? A year ago we started answering it, with a roasted coffee line, our own cupping of every lot, and people who know coffee from the farm up.
Today we take the next step: opening that network to more growers and connecting it with roasters and importers who want to know where each lot comes from. We take care of the road: samples, export and delivery.
That El Salvador's coffee stops being anonymous.
To be the bridge between those who grow coffee in El Salvador and those who buy it: with names, clear information and terms agreed in writing.
Carry this land's name to every table that knows how to appreciate it.
From San Salvador to the roasteries that value origin. A Salvadoran brand that grows without letting go of its roots — and makes its origin a point of pride, not a secret.

Every lot has an origin.
Every origin, a person.
Every person, a name.
LUMORA exists so Salvadoran coffee stops being anonymous. We show the origin of each lot once the grower confirms and authorizes it.
