Identity
Producer or supplier identity and lot reference.
Traceability
Start with the specific lot.
El Salvador has distinct producing regions, processes and producer relationships. For each confirmed offer we seek the source, harvest, variety, process, physical data and supporting documents available from the supplier. We do not assign a farm or certification to unconfirmed green coffee.
Quality
Evidence before a public claim.
Specification
Process, variety, volume and physical quality data when available.
Review
Samples and cupping feedback linked back to the same lot.
